XXAM respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent:

• Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request"

Required Information

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
2. Identification of the material on our site (URL to the video page)
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyrights, where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward it to the original complainant as required by law.
